Backup whole iPhone 5s HDD before restoring

I have messed up iPhone 5s and I need to restore :

Before that I need to somehow backup whole iPhone 5s HDD. Is there any way ?

No, that won't work.

And what about backing up iPhone Disk before restoring ?
I could bring it to professionals who work for money: would professionals be able without destroying iPhone?

1) Your iPhone does not have an HDD.
2) You can do a back up through iCloud or via iTunes if you can get the phone to connect to either, but whatever they can back up is all that will back up

4) The answers in the previous thread seem to be correct as in you cannot backup the data and someone who "works for money" cannot do it either
