BackUp3 and iTunes Purchased

I'm trying to us BackUp 3 to back up the music I purchased from iTunes. The problem is iTunes shows my Purchase library to be 288.2 MB while BU3 is saying its 6.75GB. I'm using the pre-configured back up plan in BU3 for purchased music. I do have 3.37 GB of audio books but I bought those from Audible not iTunes, though they are in my iTunes library. How can I back up just the 288.2 MB of music?
