Backups from 2 different phones

Does anyone know how to merge backups from 2 different phones; if possible. One is from my 14pm and the other is from my 15pm. Not sure how or why they're separate, but is it a way to combine them or do I just need to delete one? Thanks in advance.

If you got everything you want on your new phone just delete the old backup.
