I know how to change quotations but what I'm having a problem with is this.

I do a lot of copying and pasting and saving writing I do online with people on word documents. But sometimes the quotations are back backwards for other people's posts.

Like this.
Example
”You’re going to have to trust me, okay?"

See how the quotation for the start is what should be at the bottom? How do I fix that all at once?

I would do a search and replace. Highlight the faulty quotation mark and cmd+C to copy. Do a find/replace and cmd+v to paste the faulty mark int he search field, and type the quote mark you want in the replace field.
