I don't think the details are out yet however the Bacon salt they make does not have any real bacon in it so I would guess it is just flavoring.

Why not just put a rasher of actual bacon in your sandwich. Also, anyone who doesn't make their own mayonnaise should try it! You would be surprised by how easy it is and you won't go back!!!
