Is it possible to use the gevey unlock on an iPhone 4s that has a bad ESN? I've been looking around on ebay and there are many bad ESN iphone 4s for a much cheaper price; it would be great it gevey allowed them to be used with sim cards.

I don't think so.
It's some bad mojo Verizon places on an iPhone that has either been stolen or the contract not honored.
I do think these can be flashed with Cricket mobil (but not at their corporate stores).
