bad esn to clean ebay swap

I have a bad esn iphone with me and noticed on ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Trade-in-yo...me=WDVW&rd=1&ih=016&category=317&cmd=ViewItem) that they are offering a swap. Does anyone know if this is legit? Thanks.

It's legit. I've bought it from the same guy on eBay as you can see he has sold 151 and his feedbacks great. Didn't have an issue also very good communication with seller. Also when I bought mines it was $99.99 now it's $114.99.
