I've had a very bad experience with the iTunes support service in my country.
I want to give feedback on this service, but to higher management of some sort. Is there an e-mail adres or any way where I can give general feedback and it will come in the hands of some manager in the Apple company?

PS the service was so bad I literally am fed up with Apple, I thought they had great support and would try everything to help someone, well this was not the case.
