Bad Font Detected error, my fonts are fine i think.

I'm working on a project in Adobe InDesign and I keep getting this error from Fontbook. I've deleted and reinstalled the fonts, which works for a bit, but then I get the error again.

I've never had this problem before, even when working on the same project previously a month ago. Any idea? It's vital I get this fixed so I can keep working. Thanks for any help!
