I got a macbook pro from 2015. The internet loads so slow, its not even funny. I can't do anything. To bad, this macbook doesn't have a cable connection. I thought it might was my wifi cuz it sucks upstairs, but now im downstairs, and its the same.

Could it be my wifi, or my macbook itself? Should i buy a ethernet cable adapter if its my wifi?

pls help

Go someplace else with Wifi and try it out. Your wifi at home might just be slow or impaired.

And if it is wifi, your options are to fix the wifi, or bypass wireless by going with ethernet. If the ethernet works then likely there is some interference or other configuration issue. What router do you have?

If you hold the option key down while clicking on the Wifi symbol on the menu bar you can see details of your connection.

"Tx Rate" is your connection speed.
