After installing some updates recently, I've noticed a slightly fuzzy sound in my audio playback from different programs (iTunes, VLC, Garage Band).

Its very audible if you play a song on a very low volume. Normally the song just plays very quietly, but now there's a bit of a fuzz over the song.

Recent updates:
"AirPort Utility Software Update 2009-002" (5.4.2)
"iLife Support" (9.0.3)
"Remote Desktop Client Update" (3.3.1)
"Mac OS X Update" (10.5.8)
"Java for Mac OS X 10.5 Update 4" (1.0)

I know its not hardware related, because I dual boot Windows and this problem doesn't happen there.

Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas which update caused it? Maybe something else?
