Badges not working?help

notification badges were working fine last night.now i see no badges in mail and other appsi tried reverting winterboard theme to original apple theme its not working.only thing that works is by entering safemode.pls help

Try removing winterboard.

Yes, not sure what theme might be causing this but uninstall themes one by one to see if you can find the faulty one.

I uninstalled recent themes that i had, no luck. recently installed cydia app called cleanup. that may have caused this problem i still dont no is there any other way to get over this problem than to uninstall winterboard???
