Bag Advice.... Is the 13" Muzetto a Murse?

Hey Everyone,
I am looking for a new bag to hold my 13" MBP and iPad. I really like the look of the 13" brown leather Muzetto but I am wondering if everyone deems it as a murse? I definitely think the smaller Muzetto bags look like a murse but I am not sure if the large size of the 13" helps to alleviate the murse effect. I would be using the bag at work in a professional setting. Thanks for your advice.

I just googled the bags and think they're really nice. Thanks for asking the question so I could find them. Now, to justify buying one to my fiancé..

I already carry a bag that's kind of murse-y, but I like it and don't give a rats ass what someone else might think. Be your own person.

I use this bag. It hold both my 13in mbp and ipad with zum back and smart cover and it has a large zippered pocket. Aside from the zipper, it is just sturdy leather. I had a muzetto and handed it off to gf because of looks and I wanted a clasp.

Looks like a girly-bag to me ready for a bunch of "hello kitty" stickers. I work in a professional office setting myself and some of the bastards I work with would eat my lunch were I to carry something like that around.

That's just my take on it though. It's all a matter of opinion and yours counts the most. (Perhaps your co-workers have an IQ above 70?).

Agreed. I travel in Europe for work a lot and most of the Europeans I know would mock you for carrying a bag like that. It's not a European thing, it's an American inside joke.

So, I'm european, living in the US right now. I think it depends a bit on the city whether this bag is wearable. Any big, modern city should be fine, and you will earn compliments for that bag. Small conservative places should be avoided

For work, it depends on your "professional" workplace. If everyone there wears a business suit to work, maybe this bag is out of place. Any other workplace should be fine.
