Has anyone tried playing Baldur's Gate 3 on their shiny new MBP 16's yet with a 5500m 8GB or 5600m 8GB?

My wallet is ready but I wanted to see if anyone had tried it yet. Keep in mind that this is early access so it'll be somewhat buggy, not as buggy as you'd think based on what I've seen on YouTube.

I’m playing it on Mac Pro 5.1 with RX 5700 XT - but in Windows as they compiled it with AVX2 so it is not executable on CPUs that are in MP.

I did talk to developers and offered to test if needed a SSE2 port (as i did for Divinity Original Sin) but it seemed as they were not planning to do it... 2 days later i received email when it seems like they are going to do it after all.. (good news for older machines)...

game runs pretty good on high settings (on ultra, i am experiencing crashes with Vulkan, I didn’t try DX11 yet)...

that said, i imagine that it would work great on your machine...

Nevertheless, if you plan to get the game, get it now in early access, it is a nice boost for developer, and they are really doing a great job in addressing bugs and feedbacks...

Works and runs great on a 16” with 5500M. Very happy that Larian is supporting Mac as first class citizen.
