I got the email and ordered it just now.

I like the otterbox shown for 3G/3GS better than what the Ballistic looks like, but I don't want to wait any longer to get a rugged case for my IPhone 4.

I too, saw this at my local AT&t store earlier this week (7/12). They had just gotten two in and sold one to a customer.

I just got an email from Ballistic saying their cases were in the ATT stores since last week? What gives here? Why sign up for an email to be notified for early pre orders when the case has been in the stores?

I gave up looking at the ATT store. There's only one around me that I know of and I got tired of seeing those crappy iFrogz cases, which are indeed crap.
