Ban on EU iPhone sales, time to profit?

Anyone think it would be worth buying up iPhone 4S stock before Apple's stuff gets banned here in Europe? Could sell at a nice premium to frenzied Apple fans.

Have fun when Apple settles the lawsuit at the last minute and the ban doesn't happen.

I mean, you could be right, but don't fool yourself into thinking this is as safe as buying Christmas trees in November.

A.) Germany can't single handedly enforce an EU wide ban.
B.) Even if they did, I'm sure no one would think to make a profit on gray market electronics.
