Bandcamp via Terminal on a Powerbook G4

At some point in 2022 it became impossible to play Bandcamp on PowerPC Macs and none of the usual browser tricks worked.

So here we have an InTheBox (InterWebPPC) instance browsing Bandcamp and passing the audio to FFPlay via yt-dlp - my script calls from the latest PPCMC7 which must be installed.

Playback, fast forward/skipping is controlled by key shortcuts and when an album is selected, the whole playlist is played sequentially.

The script streams 128K mp3 files from Bandcamp but all of the formats available can be requested if the script is altered - and yes, downloading is possible but obviously that's in breach of Bandcamp rules!

Bandcamp InTheBox app and script attached (InterWebPP and PPCMC7 must be installed to use.)

EDIT: Note, as of 23/01/2023 code changes at Bandcamp appear to have fixed it's ability to work in browser on PowerPC.

Holy crap it works I thought for sure I was screwing something up but it DLd my bands old BC page from terminal and is streaming it right now on 22 year old hardware. Love it. Thanks @Dronecatcher. This is awesome.
