bands folder trashed sparsebundle not mount

Hello. The bands folder has accidentally been trashed and the sparsebundle image disk cannot be mount. Is there a way to reconnect that folder to its sparsebundle? Or is there a way to save the data were inside the sparsebundle? Thank you very much. Cristina
