Anyone having trouble logging into Bank of America with a smartphone or tablet? I get an error message saying sorry, we are unable to process your request or words to that effect, try back later. I have not been able to logon for about 6 to 8 weeks now. No problem logging on from my Mac.
Is there a fix? I probably should call BOA customer service but I though I would check her first.
