aren't those the files "bars" would be replacing? i don't want to mess with the 'default' icon images... (just want to be sure)...

thanx, you've helped me before, intell!

I don't understand your question.

"bars" gives me a custom icon set to replace the default signal strength bars.
if i uninstall it, the bars revert to the default.

so...when it's installed, it overwrites the default images.
i want to try to edit the images in 'bars', so i can have a different set of images for signal strength. i want to find the files in BARS (NOT the default apple images) to play with.

btw, i appreciate your fast replies!

The image files Bars uses are in /System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework/. Apple's image files are packed away in an artwork file and cannot be easily edited.

so, just so i'm clear, the files in UIKit.framework are FROM the tweak itself? and if i altered them, then deleted them, i'll still have the default apple files?

sorry, i used to do a lot of tweaking when everything was in winterboard (ios6 days)... and i've learned (the hard way) to be very careful (since i'm NOT an expert at any of this).

thanx again.

EDIT: GOT IT. i uninstalled 'bars', and those images disappeared. reinstalled it, and they're back. so i'm good to go...!
