Base 13" w/final cut pro x. Opinions please!

Just need a machine for Final Cut Pro and its family of apps, base 2017 13 space gray no touch bar. Is this good cost for value or am I setting myself up for failure? Thxxx

The base model is an i5 so yes it will run the program ok. Heck people are making and editing videos on their phones now. Rendering times will be slow compared to a 12-18 core machine. But it's doable.
