baseband universal iphone

If the next generation iphone has this quad baseband thing or whatever it is that works on at&t and verizon, will that mean there will not be LTE on this phone. I haven't heard of an LTE/GSM baseband. I could be wrong.

Nobody knows 100% for sure, but it's very, very likely the next iPhone won't be LTE. Apple tends to wait to adopt new technologies until they're well established, and LTE isn't that broadly available yet.

I'd expect the 6th iPhone to be a LTE phone, but 5 will likely stay 3G.

Noone knows for sure but it said to have both GSM and CDMA chips included in the same model.
I doubt it will be LTE yet.
