Quick question on OSX:
One thing I am missing about Windows is that in the standard file save/open dialog, there are quick links on the left for desktop/my documents/etc. (not sure what this is called - maybe the "Places bar" from what a few searches show)
The buttons on the left of this dialog:
http://www.poremsky.com/windows2000_placesbar.htm
What this means is that to save a file to those places, I need to click only once.
In OSX, I have to drop-down the "Where: " field to see these types of options. This means 2 clicks: One for the drop down, and another for the location. It's also much slower because the target is a small arrow rather than an nice large icon.
Any work around? It's not a huge deal, but the extra click really is annoying me.
Thanks!
