I'm working on a website for a Vacation Company. I want to add a photo slideshow to the site, and my last resort is coming here for help. Nothing I try seems to work. Any help/suggestion in getting started in making a slideshow for a website is awesome. Thanks.

Try SlideshowPro: www.slideshowpro.net

It's only $20. Bill your client for it.

Thanks,

That seems to be what I want. However, when I looked at the sample's they are slideshow's that the user has to control. What I want to do is add a slideshow to our homepage, automatically. As soon as you access the page, I want our slideshow to start on the side. We are using Contribute to edit/make changes to our site. I can easily add flash files using Contribute... Slideshowpro may be a different story.

If you look at the list of people who have used it some have it just as an automatic slideshow. It's VERY customizable.

I wish there was some kind of demo period

Amazingly it's *only* $20. I wouldn't be surprised if the developer got greedy and charged $200 or more for it.

Why are you promoting this sooo much? Is it really that good, or is it your program? lol
It's that good. Plus there's an iPhoto plugin for it too that he made which adds to the coolness of it.
