I never had the need to edit photos and as a joke I wanted to swap heads with a photo from a news story from a photo on my computer. Is there a program on macs that will help me with this or do I need to buy something from the app store. The cheaper the better. Doesn't have to look great, just cut one head out of one picture, maybe resize it a touch and then paste it onto the new picture.
