I have a really easy question..... How do I set up my MBP so that I do not have to enter a password? I have it set up so there is no password but I always have to hit enter, Is there a way to just completely eliminate the whole password gimmick all together?

:eek:

Just enable auto-login: Apple-menu-->System Preferences-->Accounts-->Login Options

Cool thanks a lot for your help!! Any other suggestions you have for a new mac user? I love my new computer!

One serious suggestion is to set a password. I realize that it's inconvenient, but it's safer in case your laptop gets stolen or even just used without your knowledge.
