Basic Safari privacy/ad blocker extension questions

I just installed Ghostery into Safari. Is there a way that I can synch this and my other extensions along with all of the preferences for each extension to Safari on my other Macs?

I selected to block everything in the settings for Ghostery. How do you even know what it is that you are blocking? Is there a way to later know if something is being blocked that can be useful?
