I want to switch from an external TM drive to an Internal TM drive (restore speed enhancement, and increase of storage size).

If I copy the Backups.backupdb file over to the new drive, will in include all the files needed to turn a blank drive into to a fresh BOOTABLE drive through the restore process? I know that I can do that currently with my original external drive, but my concern is that if I copy the Backups.backupdb over, the files will be there but they won't be able to make a fresh drive bootable.

Please enlighten me...

Thanks
