Batch download all music in iCloud to MacBook?

Is it possible to batch download all of my music files in iCloud so I have backups locally saved on the HDD?

I could click on the cloud icon for each album, but that seems needlessly tedious for a large library.

Of course. In the Music app (if you have Catalina) or in iTunes select the "Songs" view in the library, select all songs (Cmd-A), right-click and select download.
