Batch fix audio/video sync

I have some video clips that have audio that is out of sync. I can fix this by pushing the audio forward 8 frames in FCP, but I'd like to fix these with a batch utility. MPEG Streamclip does not seem to have this feature, and while VLC does have the option it appears to no longer be functional in the latest versions. Does anyone know of a utility that would achieve this? Thank you!
