Batch image downloader :: do you know of a good one?

I'm looking for a batch image downloader that I can use to mass download images and video from websites, index galleries, etc. (basically, the web).

There used to be a mediocre program called EZPic (I think that's what it was called) but I can't find it anymore and it never really worked properly.

If it could set a range of image titles to download, that would be optimal. Example:

Download images http://dot.com/images/camaro01.jpg to http://dot.com/images/camaro15.jpg.

If anyone can help I'd be so appreciative.

It'd be easy to write a Perl script to do that, using wget.
