Batch Image Processing

Hi, looking for some software that can batch image process - basically make a number of photos smaller, maybe put some form of watermark on them.
Any apps out there that can do this?
I have tried Automator but wasn't that happy with the outcome.

GraphicConverter is one good option, it costs about 35€. Its called Swiss army knife of graphics for a reason...

Batch processing is very powerful and it can be used with Automator.

Give XnView a try. It has batch processing support and you can add watermarks, text, etc. www.xnview.com
