"Batch" resize photos app?

Anyone know an app that will not just crop, but will batch resize to dimensions that are good for ebay?
The workflow I plan to use is take pics with Iphone 4 (photo app or camera+), batch resize app?, photosync to Ipad, from there list with Ebay app.

Open to any suggestions on streamlining that workflow too. Thanks
