Batteries Widget

For some reason the Batteries widget on my iPhone 7Plus will not display no matter where I move it on the Add Widgets page. Any suggestions?

iOS 10 or 11?

In iOS 10, it will only display if you have a device attached via Bluetooth that reports its battery charge to the iPhone.

Ah, that's the problem. My Apple Watch was turned off. Thanks very much. Can you imagine that the Technical Support "specialist" at Apple didn't have a clue!
