battery: 55wh vs 59wh

I'm about to order a replacement battery (A1185) for my old black macbook. Some of them are 5000mah, some 5400mah, and some 5600mah. I assume that the 5600mah is the best one here.

But then, some say 55mh and some say 59mh. What's the difference between those?

Yes, I was wondering about the Extended Capacity 5600 mAh Laptop Battery.

Does anyone have it, and how much more extension do you get out of the battery life. My stock batter from my Aug 08 mode finally took a dump on me and i'm replacing the 60w adaptor and the battery.

Would like a opinion on this before I buy.
