Battery alert when full app?

Is there an app I can download so that it will alert me (preferably through a sound, but visuals like popups are also good) when my battery is full (100%)

Not to be a dick or anything, but is it really that hard to look to the left and see if the light is green?

Sometimes I am off the computer, but in my room (and I tend to leave my computer off). Also, I am not really that observant, has been many times where the battery is fully charged and I'm not aware. Because this thing is mainly on my desk, I charge it full, then let it drain, and charge it again.
