battery and cable

I need two advices for my laptop (Powerbook G4, 1.65Ghz) and my MacMini (MC238LL/A C2Duo 2.26Ghz).

Powerbook
Need a battery for it but i need a recommendation on what to buy:
new i think i need to find it cheaper than 100$ or used
or
used i have no idea where to get a reliable cheap used battery and should i?

MacMini
Need to connect it to my LCDtv but i have come across 3 solutions and i dont know which one to choose. So question is which one and why?

On the 3rd option, im not 100% sure but i think main diff is that i supports 1 channel audio only whereas 1&2 support two channels. Am i correct? and if so, what about the comparison between the other two (1 & 2)? What are their differences, they do have quite a price difference... right?

Id recommend getting a new Battery, as until you use a used battery you dont know if it is truly reliable - If possible Id get a Battery from Apple itself, or one that a trusted site has reviewed - that way you probably wont get ripped off, and youll get a decent battery
