I just got an early 2015 13inch retina macbook pro, with 511 battery count, at about 85 percent design capacity, is it ok, can I get a bit more out of it or does it need a new battery soon?

Hard to say how long it will last, but I'd just use it while it does, and then worry about replacement.

Typically, you should be able to get at least 1000 cycles on a battery. As long as the battery is holding a consistent charge and isn't showing signs of physical problems, (e.g. swelling inside the compartment) I would not worthy about it.

Don't worry about it. My MBP is five years old with over 1100 cycles and I still haven't gotten a message to replace the battery

How is the computer running? Are you currently getting good run times from the battery?
