Greetings everyone! I just purchased an second generation I-Touch and love it. I'm new to the forums so please be kind. I was wondering what battery back-up people recommend for the I-Touch. I know that I can extend the battery life by turning off the wi-fi and also by minimizing the screen brightness but I’m going to be traveling with my sons who will be using the I-Touch constantly. Consequently since I won’t have access to charging on a plane I was going to purchase a battery back-up. I’ve seen some on the web and I was wondering what your experience and thoughts were. One that I’ve seen that looks good is the Imax Power which can be found here:

Thanks,

I just finished a long trip to Chile/Argentina.

I purchased the Imax and the Richard Solo 1200

The Imax would be the best choice

1. 5000 mAH
2. you can plug in an earphone/headphone while using the extra battery and you can't with the Solo
3. you can use the battey for other devices. i.e. phone, portable hard drives etc.

actually costs about the same for each one.

also you can use on the Ninetendo DS (since you are going with kids)
