Battery backup recommendation

I need a case battery backup for my new iphone and was hoping someone could recommend something. I have done a search but nothing since the new iphone 4S and nothing that new.

Great Battery should work with iPhone 4S. Kinda Expensive but a whooping 11000mah!!
