Pre-calibration, coconut battery claimed 99% battery capacity.

I did a calibration last night, and now it claims 97% capacity? What gives???

You haven't lost any battery capacity in the calibration process, if that's what you're worried about. Calibration just allowed your computer to more accurately measure your battery's current capacity.

How old is the battery?

Sorry, forgot to specify. Laptop was purchased this past Saturday. cocoBattery says 3 months old.

That is what I was worried about.. so technically it was 97% to begin with? Calibration just calibrated the read-out?

Should I bring the laptop in? I've had it 5 days. I just don't want issues...

Well within tolerance. If you don't have any other problems, don't bring it back because you're battery wasn't 100%. I seen 4 macbooks and all 4 of them had battery life ranging from 97-99%. Don't worry about it :)
