I have a battery issue: starting from about two months ago, my battery has had its capacity decrease by 1% per cycle. I have no idea what it is doing this, as there has not been a change in my treatment of the battery. I go through at least once cycle per week. I have also tried "calibrating" as per the apple article. I have also reset the SMC. Nothing appears to change. What could be the issue?

Take it to Apple to have them check to see if your battery is defective. If it is and you have AppleCare, they'll replace it free.

The built-in batteries in the newer Mac unibody notebooks come pre-calibrated and do not require regular calibration like the removable batteries in older Apple notebooks.
