Battery wear is not linear. I've had my phones start out at 106% and after nearly 2 years and 250 cycles - 97%. I use coconutBattery to keep track of the life of my battery for my phones as a hobby. https://www.coconut-flavour.com/coconutbattery - need a Mac tho.

Don't worry bout it at all.
