Battery care?

I just bought a air 11. First of I really like it. I would like some opinions about the care and feeding of the battery. Mine is working fine, but I am wondering about the long term care, life and charging times.
Do you keep the battery plugged in when you are at home?
Do you let it fully discharge before charging again?

Don't worry about your battery. It can be replaced. People spend too much time worrying about batteries.
