Something is up with my battery case again...or my phone. The phone and case are plugged in. Currently I am using an anker charging cable and an Apple cube. My case is decreasing in power while the phone is slowing increasing. Earlier though my phone was down to 90 but the case had had plenty of charge all night. I had similar issues before and Apple replaced my case. At the time they wondered if it was my phone and not my case. No one could tell so the easiest thing to do was to replace the case.

This happens every few days and doesn’t seem to matter which cable I use. Do you notice these issues with your phone and case? The battery health of my phone is 98 percent. Does the phone get charged while the case decreases while it is all plugged in?

I have never had issues with the battery case.

Try removing your phone, turn it off, turn it back on, and put it back into the battery case.

Use a factory charging cord and power brick to ensure that is not an issue.

If all else fails, return it to Apple under warranty and get a working replacement.
