Do not buy the bx170 battery case for iphone 7 made by alpatronix the case is hard to get out even the bumper I have now to take it to the at&t store or apple so they can take it out so I can Install the apple battery case I just purchased .

You can not get it off? Apple and AT&T do not have any special tools to remove the case.
no I can't get it off the manual says nothing maybe someone with stronger hands can get it out
I need the case off so i can return it and get the apple battery case todayI suggest sitting on a bench outside the local gym and asking them to remove it.
Try using a quarter and removing it. I am not familiar with the case, but on cases such as LifeProof, they have a little spot to pull the case apart with.
You should just be able to pull.
