Battery Cases and Wired Headphones

I was going to the iPhone X and I don't think apple will release a smart battery case for it. I noticed a trend among third party battery cases that wired headphones even with dongles won't be compatible and you have to use bluetooth. I wanted avoid it as I have headphones the I like and I am not a fan of worrying about recharging. Is there a brand on the market that makes a third party battery cases that allows audio to be played. All the ones I see are just indiegogo and never made it to market. I don't mind using a dongle that is USB or lightning I just want to use wired headphones with a battery case, so I don't have to slip it in and out of the case when I am out and about or exercising.
