I really think my Alu macbook battery is sucking. I got it 13 days ago, and here are the specs.

Charge Information:
Charge remaining (mAh): 3985
Fully charged: Yes
Charging: No
Full charge capacity (mAh): 4072
Health Information:
Cycle count: 20
Condition: Good
Battery Installed: Yes
Amperage (mA): 0
Voltage (mV): 12464

The battery only lasts about 2.5 hours on basic browsing, and now the battery won't charge past 98%. Should I call apple and ask for a replacement battery?

Definitely; my new MB isn't behaving like that. (At least not yet).

Simple question: are you charging with the MB on/off/sleeping?

I charge when its on and I'm at home, I charge when It's asleep, and when its off.
Why? And If they send me a new one will I get to keep the old one ?

Takes longer to charge if the MB is already on - quicker charge if it's off. Either way, doesn't seem to apply to your problem. I think you have a legit issue, so completely disregard by rambling!

Someone else can correct me, but you don't keep the broken battery.
