Okay...I will admit I don’t know a whole lot about wH vs mAh. Does anyone have the true ability to explain this? I wish I understood the difference. I always thought we went by mAh. Clearly is was mistaken.

I thought there was a conversion from wH to mAh....and it would seem that using mAh to compare sizes would be apples to apples but I am clearly missing something!

You can't convert watt-hours to mAmp-hours directly. You need to know the voltage.

Amps are a unit of current. Watts are a unit of Power.

The formula is Power = Current x Voltage.

As far as battery capacity is concerned, the larger the number the higher the capacity. You wouldn't really be able to compare the battery capacity of two phones since the voltage will vary between, let's say an iPhone Xs and an iPhone 4.

In general, however, battery capacity is typically labelled in mAh.
