What do you do to minimize battery consumption?

I have learned turning off Bluetooth when not in use.

I don't know if it helps, but I often close apps I am no longer using.

Lower brightness of screen.

What do you do?

Not much really.

For daily use:
-Brightness at 50%
-Bluetooth only turned on when I am in my car for Ford Sync
-Wifi always on (though Ask to Join Networks off)
-Notifications (limited to only about 10 apps)

With moderate usage I usually have around 60% left by the time I get home from work.

If I forgot to bring my charger with my when I stay somewhere overnight, I set brightness down to like 20%, wifi off, bluetooth off. It lasts a long time if I turn down the brightness.

Great ideas, thanks. :)

Here's some more:
Turn off 3G
Turn on AirPlane mode
Push off, Fetch manual (mail)
Do monthly battery calibration
That's it! :)
